Tacliimi Learn is an educational platform designed to connect students, instructors, courses, mentors, and learning opportunities. By using Tacliimi, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and should notify Tacliimi if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Courses and Learning Content

Courses and other educational materials may be provided by instructors or institutions. Access to paid content is subject to the applicable purchase or enrollment conditions displayed on Tacliimi. Educational content is provided for learning purposes and instructors remain responsible for the accuracy and quality of their submitted course materials.

4. Mentorship

Tacliimi may allow students to request individual mentorship sessions or longer mentorship programs. Session availability, scheduling, location, price, and acceptance are determined through the information shown on the platform and the relevant student-mentor interaction. A mentorship request is not necessarily a confirmed booking until the platform shows it as confirmed.

5. Payments and Transactions

Where paid services are available, payment instructions and available payment methods are shown during the relevant transaction. You should review the amount and transaction details before completing a payment. Payment processing may involve third-party payment services, and their applicable terms may also apply.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Tacliimi to abuse, threaten, harass, impersonate, defraud, or unlawfully harm another person; upload or distribute content you do not have the right to use; interfere with platform security or operation; or use the platform for activity that violates applicable law.

7. User and Instructor Content

You retain responsibility for content you submit to Tacliimi. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide it and that it does not knowingly violate the rights of others. Tacliimi may remove content or restrict access where necessary to operate the platform, address abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
